SMALL BUSINESSES SAVOR HEARTY ADVICE AT CHAMBER LUNCHEON
PEORIA, Ariz. – More than 140 business leaders attended the Peoria Chamber of Commerce’s February membership luncheon sponsored by SL Bade & Associates, LLC, a commercial real estate and consulting services firm.
“The Peoria Chamber of Commerce was honored to have SL Bade & Associates as the sponsor of the first luncheon held in the beautiful Lakeview Room at Rio Vista Recreation Center,” said Peoria Chamber’s Acting Executive Director, Diana Bedient.
“Principle and Designated Broker, Shelley L. Bade, is extremely active in Peoria and other Northwest communities, whether it’s serving on various boards, supporting nonprofits, or sharing her expertise relating to small business and commercial development,” Bedient stated. “We are proud to have Shelley and SL Bade & Associates as an active partner with Peoria Chamber of Commerce, participating in so many of our events throughout the year.”
Bade introduced guest speakers Brenda Scagnetti-Clement, a professional organizer and senior relocation specialist at Complete Organizational Services, LLC, and Russell Plieseis, a financial advisor with the Business Strategies Group at Professional
Planning Associates, LTD. According to Bade’s estimates 85-percent of Peoria is comprised of small businesses, so the February luncheon’s topic, “Structures, Maintenance and Risk,” dished out good advice that would benefit employers with less than 20 employees.
Also playing into the luncheon’s game plan was a chance to score eight tickets to SL Bade & Associates’ luxury suite at Jobing.com Arena. Thanks to Bade’s unique networking opportunity, one lucky door-prize winner, Carol Seipel of Keen Services, will be making points with her guests at a Phoenix Coyotes game.
