WEST VALLEY SPECIALIST PLOTS FUTURE COMMERCIAL PROJECTS
PEORIA, Ariz. – When SL Bade & Associates, LLC sprung up in January 2007, the commercial real estate and consulting services firm already had deep roots in the West Valley. Principal and Designated Broker, Shelley L. Bade, established SL Bade & Associates, LLC based on the credibility she built as a West Valley specialist in commercial construction, development and brokerage services.
Bade, a 14-year resident of Peoria and formerly a 10-year resident of Glendale, builds on 20 years of expertise and strong community relationships tied into her ever-expanding network of industry peers and business organizations. Her contributions to the economic growth of the West Valley range from 15 years as principal of the Bade Companies in Peoria, to ongoing involvement as a board member of Arrowhead Community Bank, The Industrial Development Authority of City of Peoria, Theater Works, and she serves on the Peoria Economic Development Advisory Board.

Bade acquired her first 5-acre plot of land in October 2007, and anticipates breaking ground on the commercial-use parcel along Lake Pleasant Parkway, just north of Jomax Road, within the next 24 months.
“The move to buy this piece was very strategic in nature, as this area of the city is where there are few private pieces of land left,” Bade acknowledged. “For North Peoria, Lake Pleasant Parkway is truly the current and future ‘path of progress’ and eventually this piece, because of its location, will be a perfect site for commercial use.”
