Shelley has more than 20 years of experience in West Valley Commercial Real Estate. Her professional objective is to assist the firm’s growth by continuously seeking knowledge and new opportunities within the industry. She is committed to taking on proactive roles in the community and is always seeking to develop new relationships, as well as promoting other area businesses and organizations.

Carrie A. Bailes, Commercial Real Estate Specialist

As a Commercial Real Estate Specialist, Carrie brings an integral part of the overall success of the firm with her strength in customer service and relationship building.

Prior to joining SL Bade and Associates, LLC, she managed business development for Care-Takers Building Maintenance (a Phoenix based janitorial company). During her four year tenure, she was responsible for helping the business grow exponentially.

Carrie’s extraordinary skills in business development make her a valued asset and an ideal fit within the firm. She is a licensed Real Estate agent and has her Bachelors Degree in Psychology.

Lara E. Sperber, Agent

Before joining SL Bade & Associates, LLC , Lara worked in the Human Resources arena in Phoenix and New York. With over 15 years in the Human Resources and Office Management environment, she has outstanding customer service skills and the highest degree of professionalism.  As a West Valley resident for over five years, Lara has a knowledge of the area and its real estate trends.  Whether selling, relocating or building a commercial business, let her be your guide. Linda Mee, Associate Broker

Linda has over twenty years experience in medical office building management. She is a Licensed Arizona Real Estate Broker and received her Real Property Administrator designation with the Building Owners and Managers Institute in 1996.

Prior to joining SL Bade and Associates in June 2008, Linda assisted in building development, suite design and build-out, leasing, property management and customer relations for medical office buildings on two West Valley hospital campuses. Michelle R. Bishop , Business Manager

With over eighteen years of progressively responsible management experience focusing primarily in Human Resources and Office Management, Michelle brings excellent interpersonal, strong motivational, organizational, and time management skills to SL Bade & Associates, LLC.

Michelle attended The University of Phoenix for her formal Human Resources Education, in 1996 she was awarded the PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification by the Human Resources Certification Institute, and went on to complete the Dale Carnegie Leadership Training for Managers course in 1999. These and many other factors make Michelle an excellent compliment to the team at SL Bade & Associates, LLC

Norma L. Linse, Administrative Assistant

Norma brings over 20 years of experience in the business world to SL Bade & Associates, LLC. She holds a Bachelors degree in Business Management from Indiana University. Norma retired from the workforce in 2003 but after moving to Arizona she decided to return to the workforce on a part-time basis. Norma is a 4 ½ year resident of the West Valley and she too is excited about the growth and opportunities that exist because of it.
